Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour "Amethyst"

Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour "Amethyst" -- This is my second LM Caviar Stick Eye Colour; I already have "Sandglow" (previous review).  I had my eye on "Amethyst" for a few weeks.  Amethyst is a beautiful plummy-taupey-grey with shimmer (hard to really describe this one) but, it's a great shade that you can wear every day--wear alone or as a contour with a pink or gold shade on the lids--whateva!!  GorgEous! :)

Essie Nail Lacquer "Fiji"

Essie Nail Lacquer "Fiji" -- A friend of mine was wearing this color and I instantly fell in love with it and I had to ask "What color is THAT?!" -- it is SO incredibly gorgeous beyond words, I tell you!!  She said "Fiji".

So, one day while shopping/running errands I dashed into my local ULTA store to see if they had it.  My heart went pitter-patter when I saw it......YESSsss!!

This is my FAVE nail color for Spring/Summer!!  It is the most gorgeous soft pink I have EVER seen!  The color is opaque/cream--it looks divine, even more so with a summer glow!  Pictured here is "Fiji" with my freshly-done/manicured UV Liquid Gel Nails.....So In Love!

MAC Brush Cleanser

MAC Brush Cleanser -- I've been using this brush cleanser to clean my make-up brushes for years and it does a wonderful job.  You are probably thinking "it's just a brush cleanser", but I highly recommend it.

How I do it: I just slightly wet my brush, add a few drops of the brush cleanser, and swish it around gently in the palm of my hand and rinse, squeeze out the excess water and shape and lay flat on a paper towel to dry for at least 24-hours and it's fresh and clean and as good as they day you purchased your brush!

FOTD: Lorac Bronze Eyeshadow Collection, Tarte Amazonian Clay Eyeliner, Clarins Bronze & Estee Lauder Pure Color Lipstick

Another FOTD: Pictured here, I am wearing Lorac Bronze Eyeshadow Collection (from Summer 2012 & I think you can still buy this kit at ULTA)--I actually did not even wear these eyeshadows that much last summer, but I've been wearing them quite a lot recently--they are really wonderful & highly pigmented and very blendable.  I used Tarte Eyeliner (bronzy shade) & Clarins Bronzer (new for 2013). On my lips I am wearing Estee Lauder Pure Color Lipstick in "Pink Parfait" w/a rosy lip liner.

Lorac Bronze Collection Eyeshadows (from Summer 2012 Kit); which I think is still available--it comes with the bronzer & lip gloss--great kit!!

FOTD: Sephora Collection, Clarins, MAC, Rimmel & Lancome

It's been quite some time since I've done a FOTD.  Pictured here, I am wearing Sephora Collection Micro Smooth baked eye shadows "After Glow 04", Boots No7 eye liner pencil "Blackened Plum", Clarins Splendours summer bronzer ", MAC mineralize blush "Warmth of Coral", Lancome Rouge Absolu Lipstick in "Crystal Rose".

Olivella Daily Cleansing Tissues

Olivella Daily Cleansing Tissues--I picked these up at Ross (a discount retailer in the US).  I have purchased this brand of soaps before and really loved them, so when I saw these cleansing tissues, I just had to try them.  These cleansing tissues are infused with virgin olive oil, lemon and other botanical extracts and they really smell wonderful.  I love lemony fragrances.  These tissues remove makeup and leave your skin feeling clean and refreshed.  I actually gave these to my Husband, and he loves them!  Made in Italy.

Coppertone Tanning Lotion SPF 15

Coppertone Tanning Lotion SPF 15 --  I haven't used Coppertone in several years and saw that Coppertone had recently updated their line of sunscreen products, so I picked-up the SPF 15.

The fragrance really takes me back to when I was a teenager; spending my summer days on the Connecticut shore and smelling Coppertone in the summer breeze!  This re-vamped formula is non-greasy and very lightweight.  I really like it.  The SPF 15 protects my skin enough so I don't get burned and gives a nice even tan.  When this bottle runs out, I will be getting another one!

Neutrogena Shine Control Powder "Invisible 10"

Neutrogena Shine Control Powder "Invisible 10"-- Now that we are in the summer season, I needed a really good powder to control my shiny face.  I have oily/combo skin and I live in South Florida where the summers are HOT & HUMID.  This powder has been out for some time now and recently while shopping in Target, I decided to give it a try.

I first thought it was quite expensive at $12, considering I could buy MAC for a couple of dollars more, but oh well.  This powder claims to give you a "shine-free" finish for "8 Hours".  I've been using this powder for the past couple of weeks and I really like it however, it does not give me a "shine free" finish for "8 Hours"-- All day?  Hmmm...more like 2-hours for my oily/combo skin.  Maybe for someone who has less-oily skin, it may last all day long.

What I DO like about this powder is that it is very natural looking and does not make your skin look "cakey".  There is no detectable fragrance/scent.  Also, the packaging is quite nice and comes with an applicator sponge.  My final verdict: If you are looking for a good "mattifying" powder that gives a natural coverage for less than $15, then this is a very good buy!
