Bobbi Brown Creamy Matte Lip Color in "Warm Beige 5" -- As you know by now from reading my blog, I am a lipstick and lip gloss addict! This is the new Creamy Matte Lip Color from BB. Sadly, this matte formula did not work for me, so I had to exchange it for her original "creamy" formula, which I love. I found this formula to be creamy upon application, but after several hours of wear I found myself rubbing my lips together because the dry feeling was uncomfortable. This formula is lightweight and feels like there is nothing on your lips. You have to really love matte lipsticks, otherwise you won't be happy with this one.
As far as the color; the Warm Beige was a bit too dark and drab for my skin tone. This shade would be best suited for someone with deep or olive skin. It just did not give me that "pop". |
