TARTE Skinny SmolderEYES Eyeliner "Golden Tiger's Eye" -- I was in Sephora recently and swatched a few different eyeliners. I was most impressed with TARTE's Skinny SmolderEYES eyeliner.
This eyeliner is waterproof and is made with Amazonian Clay which helps control oil for gals like me who have oily eyelids. I love how creamy this pencil applies and after a few seconds, it "sets", so be sure to use the sponge smudgie thingy right away, if you want to smoke it out.
The color selection will please every gal with basic shades like black, brown, bronze, violet, etc. I chose the shade "Golden Tiger's Eye" -- it's a unique coppery/gold color. I used this to define my top lashline and wore it over a cream eyeshadow, and my UD Primer Potion and it lasted for hours upon hours! |
