Mineral Fusion Pressed Powder Foundation -- Warm 3 (medium skintone)

Mineral Fusion Pressed Powder Foundation -- Warm 3 --  I have often thought of trying this mineral powder foundation, but I find it so hard to part from my beloved Laura Mercier pressed mineral foundation.  I was in Whole Foods one day and just decided to give it a go.

I read so many positive reviews on this mineral powder, which is packed with natural, skin-soothing ingredients such as aloe and cucumber.  This mineral powder gives a light to full coverage finish.  The shade I chose was "Warm 3", which is the darkest shade in the warm tones.  I found the neutral tones too light for me.

I applied this with my fluffy powder brush and it applied very nicely, with no build-up.  My skin wasn't recently exfoliated, so I'm sure I would have gotten better results had I exfoliated first.

Mineral Fusion's website says this is a light to full coverage foundation and I found that after 2-3 applications, it looked quite nice and there was no cakiness whatsoever.  There were some redness still showing through my skin, but overall, I was impressed with this mineral powder foundation.

I picked my up at Whole Foods market for $29.99 (.032 oz.), plus I had a manufacturers coupon for $3.00, which was a great deal.  I love coupons...yay!!

Overall, I feel this is a great mineral powder foundation that is good for your skin, and is a good value also.  I love the packaging as well; which is very sleek and does not take up much space in your bag or cosmetic case.
Mineral Fusion Pressed Powder Foundation -- Warm 3

Warm 3 may appear dark here, but it's not really very dark.  I have medium skintone and I tan in the summer and I could even go a shade darker.

Me, wearing Mineral Fusion Pressed Powder Foundation "Warm 3" -- This picture was taken about 4-5 hours after application.  You can see some redness on my forehead and chin.  Even when I tried layering more powder, it still did not cover my redness, but I still love this foundation, nonetheless.  You can see I'm in need of some powder.  I've been loving Pur Minerals'
Oil Control Powder, which I have previously reviewed.
