L'OREAL Paris "Ever Pure" Shampoo & Conditioner for Color-Treated Hair

I was most impressed with the L'Oreal "Ever Pure" Shampoo and Conditioner that I just had to say something about it.  Most shampoo and conditioners that I try don't really impress me (both drugstore and high-end brands); however, this shampoo and conditioner really "wowed" me!

I know this line came out a couple of years ago and I was hesitant to try it.  I am so glad that I finally did.  This product is part of L'Oreal's "sulfate-free" line, and the "Ever Pure" is formulated for color-treated hair.  They make three formula's: Moisture, Smoothing & Volume.  I purchased the "Moisture" formula.

I love, love and LOVE this shampoo & conditioner!  I was so pleasantly surprised.  First of all, it smells amazing; it has wonderful ingredients like rosemary and other botanicals, and you only need a small amount to get the most creamy lather that is so invigorating and leaves your hair smelling so fresh and leaves it looking so healthy!  The quality of the lather is hard to describe.  It's not like any shampoo I have ever tried before; it's so luxurious that I even look forward to washing my hair now!

Ever Pure rinses so easily too and I don't feel any residue afterwards; the condition of my hair feels perfectly balanced; not dry, not frizzy, not greasy-feeling.  Fresh and clean; not stripped... Just right!

The conditioner is excellent and smells great also.  My hair feels so smooth and tangle-free afterwards.  My hair color definitely lasts longer since I've been using this shampoo and conditioner and looks and feels much better too!  I am sold.  I hope L'Oreal does not discontinue this line; I highly recommend.

  1. I adore the scent of the everpure line. I used the strengthening one for a while and then I tried the smoothing one and it gave me a vicious allergic reaction. Maybe I'll give it a try again. :)

    1. Give the "moisturizing" formula a try. Hopefully, you won't have an allergic reaction to it. The scent is really invigorating! Thanks for the comment.
